Directing people's attention to what you have to say is hard yet decisive in your professional and personal journey. Furthermore, the stories we tell ourselves can define our reality.
Do you live in the past or in the future? Do you get somewhere and notice you missed the entire journey? Do you listen to a loved one while anticipation what you will do next? So often, our minds are everywhere but in the present moment. We live in autopilot, missing the beauty and the vulnerability of the present moment. The only real moment we live on.

Though the Nathan and Ada music project typically takes a back seat to our filmmaking endeavors with Northern Flicker, we sing because it is core to who we are and because it brings us joy.
"This 7+ year journey started because no one was playing the music I wanted to hear. It has been the single most impactful thing I’ve ever done. It’s changed my life, the way I interact with people, the way I see myself and the world."
