TESTIMONIALS

The ECHO Farm experience was raw, unique and unmatchable. It’s an experience that motivates to be a better leader and person.
From a managerial point of view, it’s the best investment we’ve made in 5 yrs of trying to cope with change. Without a doubt the best retreat this company has ever had.
A transformative experience. It opened my heart and mind and reminded me why I want to build my career at EY.
